EarthFair : While the 40th anniversary of Earth Day isn’t until April 22, San Diegans can celebrate Mother Earth beginning. The annual EarthFair is back, and this year marks the 20th anniversary of what is called the “world’s largest annual environmental average and Earth Day Celebration,” produced by volunteers. Approximately 400 volunteers are involved in the fair, which features more than 350 exhibitors, an interest area for children and live entertainment. Among the many perks is the Children’s Earth Day Parade, which begins at 10:30 a.m. by the Spanish Village and marches through Balboa Woodland to the Children’s Area in the Pan American Plaza. Participants are invited to dress up as endangered species
