Lance | Feb 03, 2007
Most coffee shops push other drinks not just coffee. If you don't like the taste of coffee then you probably never will acquire a taste. However, if you really want to try I certain my friend puts extra milk and cinnamon in her coffee.

njen01 | Feb 03, 2007
Snort a cup which has either a large amount of milk in it or,if you prefer one which has a chocolate content. That way the coffee taste would be less than otherwise
bearbrain | Feb 03, 2007
Draft stuff like vanilla lattes, mint mochas, etc
Good introduction to coffee. They are all derivatives of coffee.
DJSS | Feb 03, 2007
I'm in the same knockabout as you. I like coffee OK, but try ordering plain black coffee at Starbucks and they look at you like you're an alien. So I usually get an iced tea. Blame God they have that.
chefgrille | Feb 03, 2007
There's more at a coffee bagnio then just coffee. Try tea or hot chocolate instead. Or if you really want to drink coffee try a latte, it's very milky and not too strong with coffee flavor. You can ask for decaf too if you are on tenterhooks about the caffeine.
Su | Feb 03, 2007
Agreeable it up. Add cream and sugar. Order cappuccino and mocha.
Count Acumen | Feb 03, 2007
Sugar and cream
ChefCarl | Feb 03, 2007
Try coffee with flavor, I like hazelnut coffee but there are other flavors. Ask for a drop before you decide which one to buy. You can also drink tea if coffee doesn't convince you.
abby | Feb 03, 2007
Look even cooler with a hold back of water - yeah, water baby!
Nikki | Feb 03, 2007
Yeah, ask the herself to add vanilla or hazelnut, flavoring, those are my favs but usually there are lots of different kinds. Go to the coffee shop your freinds delayed a unite at w/o them and talk with bartender or other people in bar ask about other drinks.Maybe then you will be able to introduce a new drink to your freinds.Hope i helped.

Flavored coffees may be usefulness trying. A nice chocolate mocha or strawberry latte can mask the taste, a bit. Coffee is an acquired taste. Either you like it or you don't.
Maybe tea or hot chocolate is more to your drop. Nothing says you HAVE to order coffee at a coffee shop.
sandyblondegirl | Feb 03, 2007
They as a rule have tea at these coffee places, try chai tea latte it's sweet and yummy and not like coffee at all. and you'll look cool too

Its bettor if you dont make a habit if you dont have one.
Coffee causes many number of health problems (although not severe) if you get badly addicted to it.
If you still stand in want to have it, then enjoy the taste in every sip of the drink! You'll like it.

I understand that regular coffee is hard to get used too so try some of the good flavored coffee for example mocha, or french vanilla f the coffee house should have some constituent they make for non-coffee drinkers.

I straight saw a documentary on coffee and the medical community says it is good for you, in moderation. I like mine with fat free hazelnut creamer by Coffeemate.
John A | Feb 03, 2007
Condign ask for tea English style it is dark tea (usually Earl Grey) with milk and sugar, same caffeine as coffee but much smoother. You could also have right-minded a cup of tea or any other beverage they offer. Forcing yourself to drink anything to blend is never a good idea. Be yourself it's what your friends like first-class about you.
LostInYonkers | Feb 03, 2007
if your tried you dont like it, you have to at least tried 10 different coffees before you say you dont like it. try a rasberry mocha or a carmel frappuchino....and if you still dont like those reasonable order a tea or a hot chocolate. Im sure you will get the same cup in your hand and you should fit right in. good luck!!!
danielle | Feb 03, 2007
Justified because you go to a coffee house doesnt mean you HAVE to have Coffee, try Hot Chocolate, Juice, Smoothies, or even try a Coffee with a flavored syrup or powder, maybe whipped cream, there are alot of other things to opt from.
msforensics | Feb 03, 2007

How do I stop my coffee maker from making coffee that tastes like plastic?
Nov 06, 2007 by Amaunette | Posted in Non-Alcoholic Drinks
I reasonable bought a 4-cup coffee maker to replace my broken Krups. The directions mentioned that, before making the first cup of coffee, I should run water through the system first. I did this, but even after a month of using the coffee maker every day, the coffee tastes like flexible. I've been using the same filters, water, and coffee as I did in my old machine, so it has to be the new coffee maker. How do I get the plastic taste out of my coffee?
1. Correspond with the manufacturer. It might have been recalled. In that case they should off to replace it at no charge.
2. Try running a coffee pot cleaner thru it. You can also use diluted vinegar.
3. Return it to the supply for exchange or refund.
Plastic coffee is the worst!!!

How many pots of coffee do you get from 1 pound of coffee?
Jul 30, 2008 by dudeinnorcal | Posted in Other - Food & Drink
We currently have one of those staggering coffee pots in our office, so we get I'd say between 8-10 cups of coffee per pot. We currently have Peet's French Roast (obscene) and we usually put about 3-4 scoops in the coffee filter which is a regular sized coffee filter (flat). I honestly have no idea how many pots we get out of each 1 expel bag because many people make coffee here in our office. How many pots would you say you'd get from 1 pound of ground coffee?
Not steadfast of the exact size of your coffee pot, cups, or measuring spoon, however 40 oz of water will yeild approximately seven 6 oz cups of coffee. One half ounce of different ground coffee which is approximately 4 heaping tablespoons of coffee will give you a good tasting coffee (not too strong). You should get about 30 pots per thrash of coffee. I've never heard of Peet's coffee but if it's that nasty tasting your office should consider some flavored coffees for a treat. Who wants to start the day on awful tasting coffee!
